Populate a Microsoft Word template completing but not updating dynamic fields

I've been facing an issue where, my converted to PDF file is not reflecting the updated dynamic fields. Even the Word file before the conversion to PDF, doesn't show the dynamically populated values when you view the document using the desktop Word Application.

However, when the dynamically populated WORD file is viewed using the browser, it shows the dynamically filled values as expected.

Could you spread your actions to see your filled parameters?
Plus snaps of your test result if possible (both desktop/web Word ).
