Hello All ! I have a requirement where I need to show the stage of the "Request " made by the user. For Example , once the user create a ticket and after that there are various stage and various approvers for that. Now I need to show the date on which the request is approved .......etc . I have attached the screenshot for reference.

yes this is possible. depending on which route you wanna take you can either handle the approvals directly in powerapps or you can even set up a flow in power automate to handle the approval. in both scenarios you could put in Today() or Now() to capture the date of the approval
Ok ,As there are 6 stages on the screenshot which I shared. On canvas app how should I highlight the passed field and gray out the field which needs approval ? Lets assume I want to handle it using power automate.
Hi @mmbr1606 Yes, it is possible and quite easy implement. As said in the comment above, you can do it from inside the canvas application or use flow. Also u can use Moder Control progress for track your progress in each stage and use Today/now formula with appropriate date format based on you requirements.
I tried this but how can I change the color of the icon once the progress bar reach the second stage ? Attached screenshot.
