how to retrieve selected value from other SP List Combo box to display in my app with User Email?

Hey!Not sure if I understood your error. But, try to insert a new combobox and, in that combox set the itens from the other SPList. Then, in the background you will have the card of the field in the actual SPList. So, there, on default you write:
ComboBox1.SelectedText.Value

And I adding in DefaultSelectedItems LookUp(testlist, 'Employee Email'=User().Email, 'Position') to get selected item by User Email
