I have created a Power App with two custom connectors:

1. Create Leads
2. Get Leads

I am using the "Create Leads" custom connector to create leads. I created the custom connector by providing a Swagger URL. In the headers section, I set the "Accept" header to "application/json". In the body section, I provided a sample body with the following structure:

However, I am facing an issue where the records are not consistently being created. Sometimes the records are successfully created, while other times they are not. Upon checking the application insights for the API, I noticed that it is returning a status code of '400'.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance in resolving this issue.
