Excel reading issue in Pentaho workflow

I have a workflow that works perfectly, saving an Excel file to a SharePoint folder. However, my colleague who works with ETL, using Pentaho, is unable to read the file and encounters an error. Strangely, when he enters the folder, opens the Excel file, closes it, and then runs the script in Pentaho, it works. Does anyone know what could be added to the Power Automate workflow so that he doesn't have to always go to the folder, open and close the file for it to run in Pentaho?

    Dear J,

I do not know Pentaho and my Spanish/Portugese/... is not any good, but I believe I do see you are using the flow to create a new file.

Just a thought ... do you leave some delay between creating the new file and trying to read it with Pentaho? Sharepoint usually needs some time to 'settle' on new file. Try a few minutes later and see if you have the same results.

    Hope this helps,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

Yes,  I have a 2 minutes and I have the same results. I also tried to perform check-in and check-out in the file, but even so, some columns are not read by the Pentaho application.
