    Hey @bbsin - Please include the below code in log into event-> On select

    Launch(Thisitem.EventLinkLogin)

    And add below code in button DisplayMode

    If((TimeValue(Text(Now())) > Time(6,00,00)) && (DateDiff(ThisItem.EventStartDate,Now(),Days) = 0),Edit,Disabled)

    I assume EventStartDate is Date column in SharePoint.

    Hi @bbsin

    Edited. The solution is needed to visible or enable the link/button. In the below example, the link is visible 10 minutes before the event.

    Set the visible property of button/link/icon to

    (DateDiff(TimeValue(Text(Now())),TimeValue(ThisItem.EventTimeStart),Minutes) > -10) && (DateDiff(ThisItem.JustDate,Now(),Days) = 0)

    Or displaymode

    If((DateDiff(TimeValue(Text(Now())),TimeValue(ThisItem.EventTimeStart),Minutes) > -10) && (DateDiff(ThisItem.JustDate,Now(),Days) = 0),Edit,Disabled)

    bbsin_0-1630479129977.png

    There an admin list where by the organizer will input the link when they book is there any way to input the link inside the admin SP list and it will auto pick into the booking side in the dashboard once they have booked that will appear in the button?

    or I have to input link into  the overall one by one?

    Not sure how this works.  Thanks

    Another SP list has an Event URL. So OnSelect of the button in the Gallery

    Launch(LookUp(AdminSPList,ID=First(ThisItem.ColumnNameLinktoOtherSPList).Id).ColumnURL)

    In this example,

    Launch(LookUp(EventIItinerary,ID=First(ThisItem.Event).Id).EventLogin)

    EventIItinerary - Admin SP list has a URL

    ThisItem.Event - Column Name that lookup to Admin SP

    EventLogin - Name of the column contains URL

    The above code works perfectly.

    Hi @StalinPonnusamy

    Thank not too sure how the link from the admin to the other side work..

    do I need to have it link up first?

    1) Admin Use list - administrator will input but how does it link back to the record to match with it's booked??

    User first booked and record will display in dashboard.

    2) Why is the department not pick up from the book record of user??
