I am looking for a way to deactivate a Contact using the Dynamics 365 Outlook app. I see how you can search and then click the three dots and click Deactivate, but I was wondering if there was something faster. For example, there is that Contact card that shows up right on the main page. It would be nice to be able to add a button there that when clicked runs a flow to deactivate that account. Another idea would be to have a custom page with an embedded Power App, that has a deactivate button. I'm not sure if there is any way to pull in the associated Contact or email into that Power App or if it is even possible to embed a Power App in the D365 Outlook app. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
