Looking for some guidance on using Power Automate Desktop with Bullhorn CRM

Hi there

Looking for some guidance/experience of anyone using BullHorn CRM and Power Automate Desktop. The main issues seems to be 2 fold which is causing PAD to struggle to capture and insert/write data

1. Bullhorns uses pop-outs in their WebApp (message field dialogues) that PAD doesn't seem to be able to detect and therefore interact with

2. Much of the custom data fields in Bullhorn seem to write into a "custom1", "custom2" field you cant naturally extract as they appear hidden

The goal we are trying to achieve is to essentially Copy data from one field in BullHorn and put it into a new field in preparation for a migration to a new CRM - we are not using APIs to extract data as BH charge for this !!

Any help appreciated

I have the same mess in my CRM and have to use image recognition or send keys for almost everything.

Does it have an import or export feature?  Mine charges for APIs too, but import via csv is still free, and then I can run reports on anything.  So, if I was on my CRM, I would run a report with these fields, change the column title, and reimport them into the new field with "Update records" checked.

    Good luck!

    Hi Rob,

Do Bullhorn also charge for the SOAP / REST APIs?

I've put together a quick guide that shows how to get data from Bullhorn using Power Automate if you use these APIs

    https://www.go-higher.co.uk/guides/integrating-bullhorn-crm-into-microsoft-power-automate

Hope that helps. In the example, it's pulling a specific placement reference, but you can pull several records at once, filter across entities etc.
