Power Automate sending continuous emails on create new task when task completed

Hello

I have a very simple power automate which creates a new task in Planner when a specific task is closed. It then sends an e-mail. 

The task was created once correctly from the trigger. However, Power Automate is resending the e-mail every couple of minutes. 

Here is the flow (blocked sensitive information according to our company policy)

    Sound like it's created a loop. It is triggering it's self. You may need to redo the flow. Look at the condition. Think this is where the problem is.
