hide scroll bar on attachments upload

Is there anyway to make the input box for attachments smaller and without the scroll bar?

Above is the smallest I can get the box without having a scroll bar in there and the actual upload link being hidden unless scrolled.

Is there anyway I can make this box smaller or implement a new type of input for the upload of attachments.

    Hi @Amber_L ,

     

    I'm pretty sure that the attachment control is the only out-of-the-box control to attach items. So I guess a workaround to what you want is to size down the attachment control to the size that you want, remove the border, then hide the scroll bar with a white rectangle. If you want the border back then make another rectangle with transparent fill. See the images below to see what I mean.

    Hi @Amber_L ,

    Currently, we cannot customized the attachment control to hide the scroll bar. There is a property called ShowScrollbar to hide/show scroll bar for Gallery control, but attachment control does not have such property.

    If you want to have such setting for attachment control, please submit an idea in the PowerApps Ideas forum, it might be considered for future releases.

    Besides, check if the workaround provided by @Adrian_Celis is helpful to your actual need.

    thanks for your suggestion, i dont think this would work however when a user wants to upload an attachment as they would still need to scroll to see the 'attach file' link.
