This is a model driven app sample called Fundraiser.
I noticed that there are some cunstom buttons here.
This post says that Customizing a button within Model Driven app is not supported in PowerApps.
Issues about model driven apps
Anybody has any idea how to do that?

I would love to have this option as well. It can be very unclear for users that when they safe data that they also move to the next stage in the BPF. Also, just navigating or launching flows as can be done in the canvas app would make the model drive apps a lot more user friendly.
