Creating an Item in SharePoint List from another SharePoint List using Power Automate

I'm a Power Automate newbie and am having difficulty in understanding why my flow isn't working.

 

I have a SharePoint List, that when an MS Form is submitted it creates an item in the list using Power Automate, with the options to Approve, Reject etc. All Working fine!  When the item is changed from 'Pending' to 'Approved' I want to create an item in another list copying some of the Information from the original list to the new list, but for some reason it is not working. This is what I have in my flow so far.

Any assistance or advice as to where I am going wrong would be appreciated.... Thank in advance...

    HI @Robin_White5133 ,

     

    I assume that this column is a choice field, can you confirm?

    If so, please use the variable "Risk Status Value" in your condition and not just "Risk Status".

     

    The one with value has the real text you want to compare, the one you used is the object at all.
