I'm currently using a flow to automate some processes withe excel information however, when using powershell to retrieve the latest excel file downloaded I keep getting an error when it gets to the launch excel function, I would appreciate any tips or potential fixes for this issue. Here is a screenshot

1. Can you verify that you are including the File Extension in the File Name. Thats what this means most of the time. It does seems like yours is there.
2. take the path from the message and paste it into the Run bar of your desktop. Try to Launch that file from there. If the file doesn't launch and gives you an error.
3. Verify the file is actually IN that folder
4. Also, make sure since its in a users folder, that the flow has permission.
5. Make sure file is not locked
