Hi team,
I am trying to train an entity extraction custom AI model. Goal is to extract information from an incoming email (body text) and parse it into an excel file. However, I am stuck at training custom AI model as I cannot find an option where I can tell the model which strings belong to which entity. Can you help me with getting a hand on it?
In case you have a user manual that would be great.

Once you have defined your entities, you can label item by selecting the corresponding words in the sample text.
Also, we are going to provide in GA the OpenAI model in coming weeks.
These model could be an alternative for you use case.
E. .g of prompt you would use "Return the name of customer in this text : MYTEXT"

thanks for your reply. I am wondering though how to train the customerdefined AI Builder for entity extraction. I created a table in Dataverse with one column. Each line/cell corresponds to one sample text. However, the length of input text is limited such that I cannot train it properly. Any advice on it?
