Unable to add an existing app inside a solution

I have an app that is in production and has been created outside of a solution. I would like to start using pipelines and separate dev, test and prod environments.

 

I'm trying to add the app into a solution, I get this error message:

 

Sql error: Generic SQL error. CRM ErrorCode: -2147204784 Sql ErrorCode: -2146232060 Sql Number: 207

 

What could be wrong?
