Hi everyone. I have a feature in my app that allows a user to book travel for a predetermined group of people. Their info Is displayed in a gallery, and I would like to include this in my email to our booking agent. Is this possible? Currently the RTE shows this:

After "hotel rooms" I would like to display a table, ideally, of the contents of Gallery25.

"Hello "& Gallery19_1.Selected.Tip1 &", "&
"Here is the list of names and dates for the " &Dropdown10_1.Selected.Name& " hotel rooms. "

&" Thank you, " &varUser.DisplayName & " "& varUser.JobTitle

Do you want to send the Gallery data with Rich text to emal body?

Modify your formula as below:

"Hello "& Gallery19_1.Selected.Tip1 &",<br><br>"&
"Here is the list of names and dates for the " &Dropdown10_1.Selected.Name& " hotel rooms. "&"<table width='100%' border='1' cellpadding='5' style='border:1px solid black; border-collapse:collapse'>" & "<tr style='background-color:#efefef'> <th>Title</th><th>UserName</th><th>Department</th> </tr> <tr>" & Concat( Gallery.AllItems, "<td>" & Body15.Text & " </td> <td>" & Title27.Text & " </td> <td>" & Subtitle19.Text & " </td> ", " </tr><tr>" ) & "</table>"

Note that the Title27.Text and Subtitle19.Text, Body15.Text represents the labels within your Gallery, you need to replace it with the real one in your scenario.
