Hello,
I was wondering if this app had customization available or if there is more than one Book a Room App. I want to allow users to book a room with the app displayed with a tablet outside a conference room or office that is not book and I would like to a meeting to auto canceled if someone does not "check-in" into the room to avoid having "ghost meetings" that no one is attending. Can you assist or point to a good resource? Thanks.
If you make your own copy of the application, you can customize it however you wish. The templates provide a starting place for you to learn and build on the provided app. I would recommend creating your own copy of the application so you can get familiar with how it works and then you can evaluate what needs to change in order to support the additional functionality you would like to have.

In addition, if you want to customize the "Book a room" template app, and add additional functionality to it (e.g. auto canceled a meeting if someone does not "check-in" into the room), I think you may need to use PowerApps built-in functions.

Hello, I have used the Book a room app and started to customize it, I would like to add the ability to reserve the rooms for multiple days or add a recurring button which pops open a calendar.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
