ODATA filter query not being accepted

Hello,
This is my current query
Release Date ne null and Status eq 'Assigned' or Status eq 'In Progress' or Status eq 'Pending Assignment'

I am trying to get a list of items in one of the 3 status and with a populated date but power automate keep giving me an error saying the query failed.

Though when I enter these filters individually it does not have a problem, only when I try to combine them I get an error.

Any Idea where I am going wrong?

    Hi @Miles ,

You have posted this topic in the Power Apps community, but it seems to be about Power Automate. Probably you have a better chance of getting a solution by posting it in the Power Automate Community: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Power-Automate/ct-p/MPACommunity
