hello, i write an fuction and the power automate says expression is invalid.
formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['Expirace'], -item()?['Days']), 'MM/dd/yyyy')
can anyone help please?
-item()... does not work. Try function mul()
idk this function how can i use it, i wanna calculate the expiration date - Days (Days is number of days)
formatDateTime( addDays( item()?['Expirace'], mul( item()?['Days'], -1 ) ), 'MM/dd/yyyy' )
Another hint: Are you sure that you need to format the date- specifically to this format?
yes i need it in this format because the column Expirace is format like: 'MM/dd/yyyy'
@Chriddle
I tried the formula that you send and i have this mistake when i test it :
Unable to process template language expressions for action 'Condition' at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'mul' expects its first parameter to be an integer or a decimal number. The provided value is of type 'NULL'
idk why it's not working
the Expirace is column with date in sharepoint and Days is column with number of days in sharepoint
.
