Time duration from drop-down menus

Hi, 🙂

I am new in building Power Apps. Please help me with an advice. I want to calculate the duration of working hours based on drop down menus with the Start and End time of work. 

Options in drop-down menu are from 00:00 to 24.00, I want to calculate my total time in cell "Gesamtzeit". For example if I worked from 8:00 to 15:00, the cell "Gesamtzeit" (total time) will display that I worked "7" hours.
