Flow not triggering inside solution after turning off and turning on

I have 3 flows inside solution, and it was turned off.

After 2 days i have turned on the flow but it's not triggering instantly. Earlier before turning off the flow, it was triggering instantly. 

Please suggest. Does it behave differently inside solution??

    Turn off and then turn on your flows then from your solution ,publish all customization.

    If still not working, instead of turning off and on from https://create.powerapps.com/  turn it off and on from https://make.powerautomate.com/ that should refresh the flows.
