Hi all,

im trying to push a notification via a form to all users - ive come up with this :

onstart - make a log of the email address in sharepoint

im then using that list to populate the recipient field in power automate however its only getting the first 37 and there are hundreds - i have used Reza doranis guide and im struggling.

issue is if i just select the column as the recipient list then people will get duplicates. any help appreciated

tutorial i used : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLYsognPA6s - but my trigger is a form.

@hstep Please help me to understand your scenario:

You have sharepoint list with list of users emails.

You are fetching them in PowerApps
Then you pass them to Flow and

    then sends email using Flow

if my understanding is correct then
Q1 : Why you are pulling all the email in Powerapps, if you can directly access them in flow?
Q2: When passing emailids from Apps to flow what is datatype you are using?

    Please help with above data.

    Hi , thanks for replying

So I'm trying so send push notifications to everyone who has ever used the app.

I have a patch code in powerapps that stores this data in a SharePoint list. It logs every user login.

I want to be able to send a notification to every user when I submit an ms form.

So all of this is easy apart from I need to ensure multiple notifications aren't sent to the same person as the list could have them in 100s of times . So I've tried using the union expression but it doesn't get all the emails from the SharePoint list.

    Hope this is more clear

@hstep Are you using Get Items action in flow? How many items it is returning? If you have more than 100 items in SP list then you need to enable pagination on Get Items action.

    To enable Pagination
On Get Items Action - Click on 3 dots(ellipsis)- Enable pagination- add the number between 1-100000 you can keep this as per your requirement.

If possible please share screenshot of your flow.

Also are you sending one email to all users or multiple emails, If you are sending single email to all users then check Outlook action limitations, how many items we can have in TO, CC, BCCC field , I guess its 500 but you can check.

    Thanks

Please accept as solution if it helps.
