I have a simple flow as below:
It works; however, it sends approval email to manager 2 times at the same time.
Any help will be much appreciated.
expand the connectors so people can see what you have there, just in case it helps someone spot your issue

Their is meta data in the email that will trace back to a flow that produced it. If you cant find out where the second email is coming from you can always open a ticket with Microsoft and they should be able to help out with tracking where the second email is coming from. I would assume most likely there is another action in either this flow or another flow that is producing the email.
