Hi,

Below are the column types that we have

Acknowledgement-Choice
Category-Choice
VIP-Yes/No(Choice)

Basically I am trying to check the condition as below

Acknowledgement=No or blank or null and VIP = blank or no or null and Category = SharedMailbox

But condition is not being satisfied even though if the items exists

I am attaching the condition screen shot as enclosed.PFA file

Please let me know if I am making any mistake

Regards,

    Hey

if VIP is a choice field, the dynamic data you are after will be VIP Value.

The same for any choice fields really, so your other one is likely wrong. Check that first.

    Hi,

VIP column is of type boolean.

Thats why I am able to see VIP not VIP value in dynamic content

Hey, if those fields are boolean and not choice, then you would use a expression editor to insert true and false.

I recommend you look at the trigger to see the values actually being passed to flow and write your conditions based on those. i suspect you will find the value is not "No" for a boolean field.

    Hi @sudheermadduru ,

For checking if the Acknowledgement Value dynamic content and VIP dynamic content is null, you shouldn't compare the Acknowledgement Value dynamic content and VIP dynamic content with empty value, you should compare the empty(Acknowledgement Value dynamic content/VIP dynamic content) with true.

And if the VIP column is of type Yes/No. you shouldn't compare the VIP dynamic content with No, you should compare the VIP dynamic content with false.

If the VIP column is of type Yes/No, please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

    1.png

The expression for first empty(cknowledgement Value):

    empty(outputs('Compose'))

    The expression for second empty(VIP):

    empty(outputs('Compose_2'))

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Alice
