Could you tell me:
1)whether this problem occurs when you play this app in your computer?
2)whether this problem occurred before? or only happened in this version of powerapps?
3)did this custom connector work before?
Please show me more details about your issue. I need to know the problem is about this connector's settings or powerapps itself, or something else.
For now, I could only suggest you :
try other devices
clear browser's cache, powerapps cache
update browser and powerapps to latest version
