Http delete guest user throwing insufficient privilege's error

I am banging my head for several weeks and unable to fix this issue and hope this community provides some insights here
1. I am using HTTP action to access token using "client ID, secretkey and resource=https://graph.microsoft.com

2. in step number two I am using HTTP action with "DELETE" method to delete guest account using Header value as Bearer as well as output from access token.

When I perform this action, it throws either unauthorized action error or "insufficient previleges" error.

The account that I am running under has complete rights to above mentioned client ID. Moreover it does work if I want to disable a guest user from Azure AD.

I also applied all the permissions for GRAPH API including "Managing user identities" and a lot of read/write permissions to the directory.

I have also used other method like "Active directory oAuth" under authentication and passed client details directly. Still I am getting same error to perform Delete operation.

    Hi,

To resolve this issue, you might want to check the following:

Check if the app that you are using to delete the guest account has the required
API permissions to carry out the delete operation.
You might need to grant the “User.ReadWrite.All” API permission to the app.

Check if the account that you are using to run the flow has the necessary permissions to
perform the delete operation. You might need to grant the account the required permissions
to delete users from Azure AD 1.

Check if there are any other issues with the flow or the environment that might be causing
the delete operation to fail. You might need to modify the flow or the environment to resolve the issue.
