Can anyone suggest why this isn't working:
UpdateIf(Training_History, LastName=LastName.Text && FirstName=FirstName.Text,
{
Leaver: true
}
)
It works fine for a single condition, but not with the && ??

The formula seems to be fine. Can you please share an example of what is not working? Please beware that the = operator requires an exact match, meaning it is also case sensitive.
It patches all records fine with just the LAST_NAME but it won't patch any when the FIRST_NAME is used too? Everything matches case wise?
Does it work with just the first name as well? Testing that may give you a clue.
When asking for an example, I meant the values entered for LastName.Text and FirstName.Text, and the record you expect to be updated, but isn't.
OK. So LAST_NAME = Davey and FIRST_NAME = Justin. Very odd as everything matches?
Very odd - it doesn't work when just using the FIRST_NAME? But it does match!
Perhaps there are some hidden spaces anywhere?
Yes I thought that too, but there aren't.
I've even tried it with different "fixed" names rather than using the .Text value - still won't update the FIRST_NAME column?!
What data source / column type are you using?
