I have a site collection 'intranet' with department sub-sites. The departments regularly post news and it is displayed in the News webpart on the front intranet page.

We have a requirement to display the newest 10 articles on a large TV's in communal areas.
I would like to query SharePoint for the latest news articles using power automate. The URL's for the 10 articles would be written to a file.
Then outside of flow I will have a basic html page cycle through the 10 URL's.

I's struggling to limit the GET request to only 10 items sorted by created date.

Can anyone help?

_api/search/query?querytext='IsDocument:True AND FileExtension:aspx AND PromotedState:2'

Hi @nick9one1

Try to add the param like the below query

https://tenantName.sharepoint.com/search/_api/search/query?querytext='IsDocument:True AND FileExtension:aspx AND PromotedState:2'&rowlimit=10

Please try the above.
