Issue with deep linking - navigates to item screen every time instead of home screen when no record is present

Hello,

I've been using Shane Young's video to implement deeplinking in a lot of my apps with no issues, until now. When creating a deeplink URL that I send in a flow to a user to access over email, the deeplink works perfectly. However when I want to just load the home screen of my app, without wanting to view a record, my app still navigates me to my 'Current Item' screen. Something is wrong in my OnStart code I guess... I've tested with a label to see what varEvalID (my parameter) is and it shows as blank. Here is my code - let me know if you see any issues. Also I've turned on Navigate from OnStart from the settings in the retired section.

If(varEvalID <> 0,
Set(varRecord, LookUp(OpenTransition, ID = varEvalID)); Navigate('Screen-Current Item'));

Okay... Because you are getting a "empty"/null value...

Set(varEvalID, Value(Param("EvalID")));
If(varEvalID <> 0 OR !IsBlank(Param("EvalID")),
Set(varRecord, LookUp(OpenTransition, ID = varEvalID)); Navigate('Screen-Current Item'));

Try that and let me know

Hi, unfortunately that's still not working @Nogueira1306. I implemented your code and it's still taking me to my current item page. I added a label in the top left with the code: "varEvalID: " & varEvalID
But as you see in my highlight, it's just blank:

Any other suggestions?
