How to Set the 'Y' of a Container within a Container

I am practicing my 'Responsive' canvas app construction.

I have created a 'Main Container' in which all other forms and controls are located.

The 'RadioControl' is within a 'Container1' with the 'Main Container'.

'Container1' is within 'MainContainer'.

I need to reposition 'Container1', as where Power Apps applied to the screen by default is blocking pre-existing controls behind it, as shown in the second screenshot.

How to I adjust the 'Y' of 'Container1' so that is lower on the screen/in the 'MainContainer'?

Container1 with out the fill color showing control behind.

Click on the three dots -> Reorder and select Move Down (as per what you need).

How about how to separate 'Container4' and 'Container5'
so that a space shows like where the buttons are shown
below?

How do I build a vertical space between the two containers?
