I have two SharePoint list employees as follow
1)is my formula wrong ? if so how do i correct it?
2)if i want to lookup the email from the employees list i would assume the formula should go something like this

ReportLookUp(employees,Requests.'ticket number'=Value('ERS Ticket Number TextInput'.Text)&& Requests.'sender name'=employees.Title,email)

I can't see your examples but it seems to me that you should have two lists, one for employees and one for emails. There will be a one to many relationship between the lists so the email list should also have a field for the employee's ID. I would have one gallery with Items property employees and the second gallery with Items property Filter(emails, employeeID=Gallery1.Selected.ID). Then I would have a display form with the DataSource as emails and the Item property Lookup(emails, ID=Gallery2.Selected.ID). I used a sample contact list for this screenshot. The example uses a list of states and a list of contacts in those states. I think the logic would be similar for your employees and emails.
