Is there a way to get the name of the user running the desktop flow ?

Via the PAD flow you can get it using the below in the "Run DOS command" action.
Use any one of the below commands
- whoami
- echo %%username%%
Not sure where you need this available but you can write it to a shared file or anywhere else depending on your usecase.

Go to System>select Get Windows Environment Variable
You can get username, domain etc.
