I have my main SPO list called EngineersV2.
I am tracking Teams status with Power Automate in EngineersV2.
EngineersV2 is really busy, so I was getting conflict errors.
To avoid this, I created another SPO list, that has a lookup back to the EngineersV2.
This list is called TeamsPresenceTracker.
In my app, I have a gallery that lists out my engineers from EngineersV2. I am using ClearCollect into a variable called col_Engineers.
In the Gallery, I will have lables for Teams Presence.
So I need to match the Engineer in EngineersV2 with the same engineer in TeamsPresenceTracker.
My idea was, just using an example, for my Teams Availability label, Text is currently set to:
ThisItem.TeamsActivity
My thought was I could change that to like Where EngineersV2.TeamsID equals TeamsPresenceTracker.TeamsID
There is no Where that I could find, but a with, and I dont know if that would work?
What is the best way to tackle this so that when my Engineers are listed int he gallery, for each of those engineers we match the specific column in TeamsPresenceTracker and populate the labels with that data?
