URL trigger doesn't generate

Hi, it is my first time here and I hope you can help me. 

 

I need to move one flow from the development environment to test environment and it has the trigger "When a HTTP request is received".

I have created the solution and moved it to Test, but the trigger does not generate the new URL. It says: "URL will be generated after save". But I tried to save the flow and it doesn't work. 

What do I have to do to make it work?
