Pass array of items to flow to populate Word document.

I have a PowerApp which contains the following table.

Certain contents of the table (Raum / Befund / Frist / Bemerkung) are to be passed to a flow in JSON format so that the flow can be used to populate a Word document with repeated sections.

As already shown in the image, the flow needs the following format to work:

How do I need to pass this content to the flow?

    @CristianDomini, 

    You need to pass the contents of the table (Raum / Befund / Frist / Bemerkung) in the flow from Power Apps then you can view them in the flow and add them in the JSON. See image attachedflow.png.
