Cloud Flow creates only one Item in SharePoint List instead of multiple ones

Dear Community,

I've created a cloud flow in Solutions which should get items from one SharePoint List and based on certain conditions create items (with "create item" action) in another list. For testing purposes I've duplicated both SharePoint Lists in another SharePoint site. The flow works perfectly well in the original pair of lists and creates the required multiple items in the second, target, list. But when I change the connection in the environment variables for the duplicated pair of lists an test the same flow, it runs successfully but create only one, the first item, in the second, target, list.

So I suggest the issue could be not in the flow but in the other pair of lists that I've created? But they are identical.

    Dear @creativeopinion,

Thanks for your reply. Here is the screenshot. I've used "apply to each" and it works well in the original SharePoint List

@adanilova It would be helpful to see a screenshot of your flow. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click on all actions to expand them and upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode. This would help to provide more insight so that specific recommendations can be given to you.

In the meantime, because you are looking to create multiple items instead of one, you'll need to familiarize yourself with the Apply to Each action. You may be interested in this YT Tutorial: 3 Mistakes YOU 🫵 are Making with the Apply to Each Action in your Microsoft Power Automate Flow

In this video tutorial I’ll go over how to avoid these common mistakes when using the Apply to Each action in a Power Automate flow:

3️⃣ Looping through an Unfiltered Array

At the end of the video I share a few helpful insights when it comes to using the Apply to Each action in your flow.
