How to retrieve the Status Reason

Hello Expert ,

 

I tried to count  number of time  a client rejected the resolution  of case.

 

How can I retrieve the Status Reason ?

 

I want to retrieve the status Reason  = SOLUTION REJECTED 

 

What are you suggestion.

 

I attached  to  screen shot
