I need help getting my Microsoft form to a word doc then PDF. I found a template, but I am having trouble understanding why it is not working. I am sure I have not entered the proper data into each field. Hoping for help.

I am using the flow called Create Word and PDF documents from Microsoft Forms by Plumsail. I am having trouble figuring out what the Get File Content is.
