Remove caution message from email

Hi,

I need remove a caution message from an email when an user replies to the sent mail. This is not the case with all the user, only limited to few customers. Kindly help me to remove the message I don't want it to be captured.

And the thing is the caution message has an hyper link in it as encircled in the below image.

Could you share how the same message looks like when viewed in html format when flow is ran from power automate ?

It's not fixed always, it's configured differently for different users. But the color is red for all of the message.

Just give a try this with this

Step 1: trigger to receieve email

Step2: Compose action to retrive caution message to end from email body

expression used:
slice(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],indexOf(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; margin:0px; background:yellow; color:red">'))

Step 3: use compose action to slice the result from 2nd compose step to retrive only caution message

expression: slice(outputs('Compose'),0,add(indexOf(outputs('Compose'),' '),1))

Step 4: Use replace action to replace the text obtained from step 3 compose action in email body using compose action

expression: replace(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],outputs('Compose_2'),'')

Step 5: use html to text action to convert html to plain text (using output from step 4 )

Result was like below
