Share Flow for standard user

Hello everybody
I've a flow with pemium connection and I need share it with user only for Run
I did it like this
I set the user as co-owner but when he started the flow he got the following error
"User does not have a service plan adeguate for the non-standard connection"
 
Solution is only purchase Per User plan or Per Flow plan for power automante (inside Office 365)?

    You are correct that if you want to share a flow with premium connectors, all of the users must have the appropriate licensing. In this case, a per user plan. The standard one that comes with Microsoft 365 licensing is for standard connectors and without Dataverse.

    Did you post the correct link? I don't see how it relates to your question about licensing and sharing a flow that uses premium connectors with someone who doesn't have the licensing to run flows with premium connectors.
