Currently, some enterprise-level flows I have been working on have my personal account as the established connection for certain actions pertaining to SharePoint, Outlook, etc. (for example, a Get Items action for SharePoint ... you click the ellipsis and under connections, it lists myself).
What is the recommended best practice for flow connections? Creating generic service accounts (perhaps one per department of the business) and using those as the connection? Removing my account and inserting the flow owner as the connection? Not only do I want to remove myself as the connection, but want to ensure I implement safe practices in regards to security and understand all possible risks.
Thanks!
