sharepoint intergrated powerapp causing a multi entry loop when ever submit or save is pressed

i have a 4 screen SharePoint integrated PowerApp. that has a submit button  that submits the main edit form. when the submit button is pressed on any view mode the app submits several times to the list.

here are my sharpointintergration settings
