Thanks for your suggestion. I did more looking and this is one of those things that sometimes makes me question this system alltogether. Basically, there is a corruption that has ocurred, and there was nothing I could to that could kick the thing back into submission. I deleted the PA trigger, recreated it... I deleted the offending action, recreated it... no avail.
I ended up basically starting back from what I started with in the first place. Thankfully, I didnt just edit my only version. One of those lessons that confirm not to mess too much with your production flows. If it goes bad, your screwed. One of those time wasters. Complete wasted time. But, resolved basically by 'starting over'. 😕
