Hi,
I have some updates that i need to test with our current chat bot in a DEV environment. Would it be possible to publish my dev codes to a Teams environment that only I can see that will not affect the current PROD one being used by the whole organization? Hoping someone can guide me with some steps since this is the first time i have worked with Copilot Studio.

You need to ask your power platform admin to create an environment for you to publish your copilot in it.
