Sudden exception at UIFlowService start : UIFlowServiceException

Hello,

since today around 2PM the service is no longer starting on my machine. The event viewer is full of errors ID 1000, source ".NET Runtime" :

UIFlowService
Exception caught during service startup:
Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Service.Core.UIFlowServiceException: Error code: InternalError
No certificate were found in the machine local store.
 à Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Service.Core.HttpProxy.Authorization.RequestSignatureValidator.Initialize()
 à Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Service.MicrosoftFlowRPAUnattendedService.InitProxyServerComponents(ILocalSessionsHandler localSessionHandler, IConfigurationManager configurationManager)
 à Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Service.MicrosoftFlowRPAUnattendedService.OnStart(String[] args)

Any ideas ?

Hi @Amael

From the message it looks like a certificate error.
Try to update PAD version/reinstall PAD.
If the error persists, you can check more details about PAD certificates here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/actions-not-available-in-power-automate-desktop-7ae1538b-c29c-4745-9a74-76bac84db8c0
(I know, it's a different error but it might help).

Hello, thanks I forgot that often the simplest solution is the right one. Uninstall/reinstall solved the problem 🙂 (Simple reinstall didn't do the trick the day before)
