Need help to get serial number column in HTML table from select function.

I have added a column name 'Status' with choices 'Delivered and Not Delivered'. Also created a flow to get only 'Not Delivered' status files record in HTML table via email.

Now I need to add column of serial number in that email so that I can see total number of 'Not Delivered' files.

Please share some idea or steps in order get that column.

Thanks

    Hi @KMK

    Sorry its not clear, where is this serial number? Its already IN the HTML Table? I am confused if it is, but you built it, can you not get to it?

    Please provide your flow, details where the data is, an example of the data etc.

    Hi @FLMike , Thanks for your reply.

    I have attached the response of my flow wherein we can see 'Not Delivered' files status. Now I just want to add one more column called Serial number so that I get to how many files are not delivered.

    For my flow I have used below actions ;

    • Get items
    • Select function
    • Create HTML table
    • Compose
    • Send an email

    I hope above information will help you to understand the flow action.

    Hi @KMK

    To me, based on the fact I still don't see the flow itself or the data being used, if you want to add another column, you need to (probably), update the Select, to include the additional Column of data.

    This assumes your dataset in the flow, has the Serial Number data. you would need to add that into your Select and it will add it to your Table automatically after that.
