20Dear Community, I have a question regarding the Power Automate Flow. I am newbie in powerapps and have been stuck with the issue since 4 days 😞 and i have to complete it quickly as i have to submit it to my manager.
There are 2 teams in general, Team a fills up their response based on the inputs they select a country in dropdown based on the input response. there are 4 countries, and from 4 countries one country has 2 cities in the dropdown list, so in total dropdown menu there 5 choices of countries.
So, the here is the basic idea of the flow.
Once Team a person selects a country lets say China Shanghai, it sends an email with the details of the filled record to the specific team of that country which belongs to team b, which i did it already with the VOutlook feature. there are 4 different choices with different country names.
I would like to trigger a flow if a response by team b specific team has not been filled in 40 hours.
So, the basic idea is, if they choose china, if the team b which belongs to team b does not fill their response in 40 hours it should send a reminder to fill up the response as its not been filled yet along with their supervisor email in cc.
if lets say India is chosen, it should send the email to their team along with their supervisor in cc.
but there are 3 other countries where i dont want to trigger any reminder email.
The flow should send a reminder if the response is not filled within 40 hours and if its filled it should stop.
I would be grateful for any support or help as i have seen many videos and i am not sure what i am doing wrong.
Can someone guide me from the beginning how can i achieve it :(?
