Hi All
I am creating a MIS which will be used by around 150 users at a time from member groups in my organisation. I am planning on using Microsoft SQL Server as the database connection for this, however I am just wondering how secure is it? Are the users going to have access to the datasource through Management Studio if they know how to access it - I do not want this and wondering if there is a secure way to do this

We use SQL Server all the time at my place, It definitely seems secure enough. Would definitely look into Microsoft Azure aswell, allows you to set Database permissions and extra security etc
