Trouble inserting message in a LIST column into an email

I am trying to use a a column in a list that has messages i want to be inserted into an email.  I dont know how to call/find/identify the column.  .  

I have some of the flows, but having trouble insterting the column message into the email.  

 

I am trying to do this for email as teams.

    Hi @mrrosenthal85 ,

     

    Are you trying to send your messages column by email?
    Could you please give me an example?
    In fact, you can directly refer to your messages column in Apply to each action.
