Add a line to separate data on a form

I don't know if this is possible, but I have a lot of fields in this SharePoint List Form and I want to break it up into three sections by using a line.  I don't see how to do it within Power Apps.  Any help would be appreciated.  The screen shot below is what I'm looking for.

    I dont use these forms alot, but can you insert a shape>rectangle on a datacard and make its width parent.width, and height 1
